    INFORM3 RECRUITMENT Project Manager Job Location: Ireland North and South Sector: Fit Out Inform3 are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager is required to oversee the delivery of retail fit-out projects across multiple locations throughout Ireland. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards, while coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders and maintaining strong communication throughout; it also requires nationwide travel across Ireland, including regular overnight stays of 23 nights per week, along with periodic office-based work with one day a week/fortnight in Derry/Londonderry, combining site-based, office, and remote working. Project Manager Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of retail fit-out projects across multiple sites Plan, programme, and monitor project timelines and milestones Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure quality standards and specifications are met across all projects Prepare and present progress reports and documentation Oversee project handover, snagging, and close-out processes Project Manager Key Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within retail fit-out or construction in Ireland/UK Strong track record of delivering multi-site or fast-paced projects Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership and communication skills Good understanding of health & safety regulations (ROI & NI desirable) Financial awareness with experience managing budgets and cost control Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Full clean driving licence Excellent salary and package available to the right candidate.
