Budgets & Forecasts - Prepare, monitor, and interpret budgets and forecasts to guide clients' strategic planning. Management Accounts - Support clients with preparation of regular management reports, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for growth. Benchmarking - Analysing multiple entities financial performance and establishing achievable goals for each business. You will be: A CGMA/CPA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Public Practice/Finance environment. An analytical mindset and aptitude to learn and develop your management accounting skills. Attention to detail with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
