Responsibilities: Research and develop Industrial Process design solutions for Advanced Driver Assistance Sensors including cameras, ECUs, and domain controllers. Hands-on approach to Product prototyping, bench testing, data gathering, and analysis. Aid with the analysis of customer, Product, and functional requirements specifications in order to define performance criteria to be achieved. Support Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) activities. Define and identify functional and critical characteristics. Support technical process standards assignments. Support DFM activities through the product and process designs. Process Design simulations for New Equipment and tooling. Process Performance evaluation and Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ). Interfacing across a multidisciplinary environment in a clear and effective manner. Technical communication with customers and suppliers. Generation of Timing Plans for tracking project deliveries. Generation of technical/process documentation (process standards updates, standards site updates, maintenance plans, spare parts, work instructions, procedures, equipment specifications, Validation plan). Oversee improvements & upgrades to existing equipment. Training technicians, operators, engineers as required on process equipment. Requirements: Genuine interest and curiosity in engineering topics and Industrial engineering. Methodical problem solver capable of applying problem-solving techniques. High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g., reports, specification presentations. Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing /Mechanical / Industrial/ Electronics Engineering or Equivalent. Interest in developing Equipment and Tooling Specifications. Knowledge of high tech, automated equipment required. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Design, MSA, PFMEAs. Responsibilities: Interact with project stakeholders from system architects, tool coordinators, and OEM customers to establish the requirements of tools for verification and validation of next-generation automotive technology. Collaborate with test tools architects to define the project tooling strategy and deliverables. Understand tool design, requirements definition, and implementation. Understand tool qualification for conformance to standards. Design and build test benches and test equipment for application in projects. Implement new tools to support next-generation technologies. Prepare documentation for tools including user guides, schematics, and training materials. Apply industry standard System/Software Development Life Cycle strategies to your development activities. Present training sessions, reports, and status to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Strong communication skills, clear and articulate. Taking initiative and being driven to succeed. Analytical with attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously to deliver assignments. Mindset of continuous improvement. 2025 Graduate for a Level 8 Honors Degree in a relevant Technical Engineering discipline (e.g., Electronics Engineering, Physics, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering). Experience of working hands-on with electronic devices and components, and software coding for HW/SW integration, through 3rd level education or work placement is desirable.
