Location: Robinhood Type: Permanent Salary: €33,000 – €35,000 Job Summary: We are looking for two Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, high‐volume manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, going well beyond simply driving a forklift. The successful candidates will support the smooth, safe and efficient movement, storage and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate counterbalance forklift trucks to load, unload and move stock within the warehouse * Operate Bendy truck for put-away and retrieval in narrow aisle racking (training can be provided for the right candidate) * Carry out goods in activities: unloading deliveries, checking quantities, inspecting for damage, booking stock into the system * Perform order picking, pallet building and consolidation according to pick lists and loading plans * Assist with stock checks and cycle counts, investigating and correcting discrepancies where required * Maintain a clean, orderly and safe work area and racking, following housekeeping standards and 5S principles * Proactively identify and complete additional tasks (e.g. housekeeping, re-labelling, pallet re-work) during quieter moments without waiting for instruction * Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues, customer service and other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full Person specification: * Proven warehouse experience in a busy, high‑volume environment. * Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential) xsokbrc * Bendi truck licence is highly desirable or a willingness to train and upskill on bendi is required * Confident using scanners/tablets and basic IT (e.g. Outlook, simple data entry into WMS or similar systems) * Strong manual handling capability; comfortable with pallet building, wrapping and physical tasks throughout the day * Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic * Demonstrated ability to work off your own initiative, stay productive without constant supervision and make sensible decisions on the floor

Location: Robinhood Type: Permanent Salary: €31,000 – €33,000 Job Summary: * We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a busy, high-volume operation. You will manage a large volume of orders and enquiries, ensuring accurate processing, professional communication and prompt resolution of any issues, while working closely with warehouse, production and accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Manage high volumes of customer orders via phone and email, ensuring accurate entry of product codes, quantities and delivery details * Act as a primary point of contact for customers, handling queries on orders, deliveries, products and basic account-related matters * Handle inbound calls from demanding customers in a calm, professional manner, providing clear and timely updates * Monitor and respond to email enquiries, ensuring key details and instructions are captured and processed correctly * Liaise with warehouse, production, logistics and accounts to coordinate order fulfilment and resolve delivery or quality issues * Support accounts receivable activities where required, including clarifying invoice and payment queries * Log and help manage quality issues and complaints, escalating appropriately and following through to resolution * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, notes and order histories in relevant systems Person specification: * Strong customer service experience (ideally B2B) in an office or order-processing environment * Experience handling high xsokbrc volume order entry * Excellent telephone manner with clear, professional and confident communication skills * High attention to detail, capable of accurately interpreting customer emails and selecting correct product codes * Comfortable working under time pressure while maintaining accuracy and a positive, customer-focused approach * Experience in a manufacturing industry is highly desirable * Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of customer issues
