Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement large‑scale AI/ML systems spanning NLP, deep learning, generative AI, agentic frameworks, and RAG‑based pipelines. Develop production‑grade model training, evaluation, and monitoring workflows that support scalable, repeatable deployments. Build and enhance automated data processing frameworks, including ingestion, cleaning, transformation, feature engineering, and validation. Lead major AI‑driven projects in close collaboration with engineering, product management, user experience, and platform teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience). 10+ years of hands‑on experience developing machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or generative AI systems in production environments. Proven experience leading complex AI/ML initiatives from initial research through deployment. Strong software engineering skills, including experience with distributed systems, scalable ML infrastructure, and MLOps workflows. Demonstrated ability to mentor technical contributors and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional peers.
