West Dublin Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including staffing, maintenance, compliance, and reporting. Ensure the facility meets performance standards, including availability, efficiency, and output targets. Liaise with the Employer, Project Manager, and external stakeholders. Develop and implement long-term and annual operating plans and budgets. Formulate business objectives and strategies aligned with contractual performance requirements. Recruit, appoint, and manage Operator Personnel including Shift Supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff. Foster a positive industrial relations environment and ensure continuous staff development. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO/OHSAS 18001 standards. Implement and maintain systems for safe and environmentally compliant operations.
