Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of setting out, site coordination, and delivery across live residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer to join a well-established developer and play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale residential communities. Key Responsibilities • Lead setting out for housing units, apartments, roads, and drainage works. • Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades. • Drive programme delivery and ensure project milestones are achieved. • Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. • Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings. • Liaise closely with project management, design teams, and local authorities. • Mentor and support junior engineers and site personnel. Requirements • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction, ideally including housing and RC frame projects. • Strong technical capability in setting out and construction sequencing. • Proven experience supervising subcontractors and managing site teams. • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in AutoCAD, surveying equipment, and MS Office. • Full clean driving licence. Due to an ever-growing demand for their services they are seeking talented Building Surveyor professionals to join the busy, dynamic team. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years onsite Building Surveying experience. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities • Carry out in-depth onsite inspections. • Preparing comprehensive reports. • Keep all information updated on company systems. • Customer follow up where required. • Ability to communicate with clients. • Ability to sell onsite. • Ability to plan, manage and monitor surveys and works. • Liaise directly with Operations and Administration Divisions to schedule all surveys and works. • Ensure compliance with current Building Controls and Health and Safety regulations. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Knowledge and Experience Required: • Building Surveyor with a minimum of 2-3 years onsite experience • Exceptional communication skills. • Sales experience is an advantage. • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Strong Organisational and administrative skills are essential. • Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Office 365 is essential. • Approachable and friendly communication manner. • Efficient time management. • Good understanding and knowledge of buildings must be evident. • Ability to work on own initiative.
