Responsibilities The HR Generalist is responsible for the full scope of HR activities for the local site, reporting to the US-based HR Director with a dotted line to the local General Manager, and collaborating closely with US and EMEA HR teams. This role manages end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compliance with Irish and EU employment legislation, and payroll processing and administration of benefits.
