Hotel Killarney, a newly refurbished and award-winning 4-star hotel, is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic management team. About the Role As Duty Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel. You will act as a hands-on presence across all departments, ensuring operational excellence, high service standards, and a positive working environment for our team. Youll be the main point of contact for guests during your shift, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience. This role suits someone who leads by example, enjoys being on the floor, and takes pride in motivating teams to perform at their best.
