We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Specialist to facilitate the management of end-user computing solutions and office-IT responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for asset inventory and management, endpoint security, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions. Serve as the first point of contact for office-related IT incidents and requests, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution. Liaise with vendors and service providers for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting as required. Implement and enforce application-level access control and IAM policies, aligned with role-based permissions and least-privilege principles. Monitor availability and access to key digital resources (e.g., compute servers, productivity tools, shared folders), ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Minimum of 5+ years of working experience in End-User Computing (EUC), Office-IT Support and IT asset management.
