Use Microsoft Office to produce high‑quality documents and presentations. Provide support to other PAs in the practice group and handle ad hoc duties as needed. The Role The role will involve providing seamless PA support across multiple practice groups, ensuring flexible support during planned and unplanned absences, periods of high demand, and work overflow ensuring continuity of service across the PA population. The main duties of the role include: Provide high-quality PA support to senior fee earners across multiple practice areas, including diary management, travel, and meeting coordination. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and client documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the firm\'s house style. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach. Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information. Flexible, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
