The Role As our International Tax Manager, you will be the architect of our global fiscal strategy, ensuring our rapid expansion remains compliant and commercially lean. You will directly enable Holafly’s growth by navigating complex cross‑border tax landscapes and mitigating risk in a digital‑first economy. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a scalable global tax strategy that aligns with our 200+ destination roadmap. Establish and take the Lead on transfer pricing policies and cross‑border documentation to ensure global compliance. Act as senior advisor to the executive team on tax impacts of strategic initiatives (market entries, reorganisations, IP migration, financing, treasury, and operating models). Optimise our corporate structure to manage effective tax rates while supporting multi‑country operations. Manage external advisors across multiple jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate indirect and direct tax filings. Partner with Finance and Legal teams to provide strategic tax advice on new market entries and product launches. Monitor and respond to evolving international tax regulations (OECD, Pillar Two) to future‑proof the business. Provide clear executive‑level communication on tax risk, cash tax drivers, audit exposure, and regulatory developments. Qualifications Proven experience in international tax management within a high‑growth tech or "Big 4" environment. Deep expertise in cross‑border VAT/GST and corporate tax nexus for digital services. Strong ability to translate complex fiscal regulations into actionable business insights for non‑experts. Advanced certification (ACA/ACCA, CTA, or equivalent) with a focus on international taxation.
