Present clear, actionable insights to the marketing and leadership teams. Implement and maintain conversion tracking and event setups using GTM, pixels and UTMs. Optimise website content for SEO, voice search, and AI search. Conduct keyword research and coordinate with agencies to improve organic and paid visibility. Manage and update content through WordPress or Adobe AEM. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns via Revinate or similar platforms. Maintain accurate CRM data and third‑party profile listings. Support the optimisation of the customer journey and conversion funnel. Contribute to seasonal campaign planning and implementation across multiple channels. Support the overall marketing team goals and programs and provide creative ideas for digital content. Other general marketing activities as required. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years’ direct experience in a digital marketing or e‑commerce role. Honours degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools. Hands‑on experience with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, WordPress, Adobe AEM, Ahrefs, Revinate, and Excel/Google Sheets. Deep understanding of e‑commerce metrics and ability to define and report on key KPIs. Excellent data interpretation and concise reporting skills.
