Skin Analysis and Consultation Conduct in-depth skin analysis to assess clients’ skin conditions, concerns, and goals. Offer personalized skincare recommendations, addressing specific skin issues and suggesting suitable treatments and homecare regimens. Customized Client Care Educate clients on proper skincare routines, emphasizing the importance of skincare products and lifestyle choices. Provide guidance on post‑facial care, including recommendations for products and routines to maintain treatment benefits. Product Knowledge and Sales Stay updated on skincare products, ingredients, and advancements to recommend appropriate products for specific skin types and concerns. Promote and upsell skincare products or additional facial treatments aligned with clients’ needs and preferences. Hygiene and Sanitation Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, equipment, and tools. Follow sterilization and disinfection protocols for all tools and work areas.
