The Opportunity As Transaction Advisory Manager, you will play a key role across the transaction lifecycle, supporting the assessment, execution and management of investment opportunities. This is a highly commercial role suited to someone who enjoys financial analysis, due diligence, deal execution and working closely with management teams. You will gain direct exposure to investment decisions, acquisition strategy, value creation initiatives and portfolio company performance. Key Responsibilities Support the assessment and execution of new investment opportunities. Lead financial analysis, commercial assessment and transaction review work. Review quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow and debt‑like items. Support financial and commercial due diligence processes.Build and review financial models, forecasts and investment cases. Prepare investment papers, board reports and transaction summaries. Work closely with investment directors, portfolio management teams and external advisers. Assess acquisition opportunities for existing portfolio companies. Support post‑acquisition integration, performance tracking and value‑creation projects. Monitor trading performance, KPI reporting and financial trends across portfolio businesses. Assist with exit planning, refinancing projects and strategic growth initiatives. Your Background Experience in Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A, Restructuring, Corporate Development or Private Equity. Strong understanding of due diligence, financial analysis and transaction processes. ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar qualification would be beneficial. Strong Excel, financial modelling and analytical skills. Experience reviewing financial statements, forecasts, working capital and cash flow.
