Following a period of exceptional expansion, they are seeking a strategic Head of FP&A to join their finance leadership team. This is more than a "numbers" role. We are looking for a commercial navigator who can look beyond the spreadsheet to tell the story of the business and drive margin-enhancing decisions across the Group. The Role: Impact & Responsibilities As the Head of FP&A, you will be the bridge between raw data and executive strategy. Your key focus areas will include: Strategic Storytelling: Deliver weekly, monthly, and annual analysis that doesn't just report numbers, but highlights the "why" and "what’s next" for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Commercial Insight: Deep-dive into Group profitability and trends to identify and action margin enhancement opportunities (pricing strategies, product mix, etc.). Operational Excellence: Streamline variance analysis and reporting frameworks, ensuring world-class accuracy, quality, and speed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to gather intelligence and act as a financial advisor to non-finance departments. Forecasting & Metrics: Own and evolve rolling forecast models and track the performance metrics that matter most to the Board. Board-Level Presence: Lead the preparation and consolidation of all Board reporting material, including high-level briefing documents for senior stakeholders. The Candidate: Requirements Qualified Professional: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with ideally 8+ years PQE in a complex, fast-paced environment. Proven Leader: A track record of developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence. Commercial Acumen: The ability to manage conflicting deadlines in a dynamic, international manufacturing or commercial setting. Influencer: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial leaders.
