Your responsibilities include: Ensure accurate administration of all bookings for bedrooms or restaurant reservations and related correspondence, including billing details. Manage telephone, fax, and e‑mail enquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and local area. Ensure bookings are guaranteed and that no‑show or late‑cancellation charges are applied appropriately, following hotel policies and procedures. Complete arrival quality checks in line with company standards. Respond to all customers professionally, ensuring reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest’s expectation. Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotel’s brand standards. Plan and execute small events, dinners, lunches, afternoon teas, etc., that take place within the hotel. Interact frequently with customers and guests to learn about their needs, building relationships for repeat and expanded business. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and secure incremental revenue for the hotel. Ensure all BEOs / Group Sheets are handed over to the Food and Beverage Operations Team / Front Office Team weekly, with accurate information, billing details, and credit policy compliance.
