Purpose of the Job
The Senior Account Manager works alongside the Account Director to develop and deliver solutions on time while meeting operational and financial targets. This role balances daily support with long‑term strategy, combining vision and reality into effective plans. Ideal candidates bring senior agency or production management experience, a proven track record of delivering client solutions, and the ability to nurture relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence across client accounts and internal delivery.
Develop and execute growth strategies, identifying and managing new business opportunities.
Build, nurture, and expand key client relationships to ensure long‑term success.
Lead end‑to‑end project cycles, including pitching and strategic planning.
Consistently meet and exceed growth and performance targets.
Identify brand opportunities across media and disciplines to maximize client impact.
Collaborate with internal studios and external partners to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
Influence client thinking to achieve outstanding strategic and creative results.
Translate client briefs into actionable plans, guiding teams with clarity and purpose.
Attend WIPs and meetings, taking and influencing key briefs from clients so that the team understands requirements and can cascade them effectively.
Provide expert input to ensure technical excellence and high‑quality project outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Experience building strong, credible relationships with senior‑level clients through trust and strategic insight.
Proactive identification and development of business opportunities to drive account growth.
Experience in permanent display and large projects is essential.
Skilled in financial reporting, forecasting, and data interpretation to support client decisions.
Understanding of marketing services and alignment of solutions with client objectives.
Strong presentation skills, able to present convincingly and persuasively to senior audiences.
Critical thinking to solve complex client challenges and mitigate risks.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Continuous pursuit of ways to improve client outcomes and service delivery.
Strong negotiation and consensus‑building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution to support evolving business goals.
