Key Responsibilities Proactively find opportunities to maximise delivery for the brand and drive this opportunity with our client. Work with internal studio and strategic suppliers to deliver the best solutions and influence client thinking. Have an intuitive understanding of agency operations and direct strategy and work with the teams. Attend WIPs and meetings, taking and influencing key briefs from clients, ensuring clear requirements and cascading to local teams globally. Deliver excellent service to client with a professional "can do" attitude at all times. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts. Provide technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards. Knowledge, Skills + Experience Proven client service expertise with strong senior‑level relationship building. Strong background in POS, print, or promotional merchandise within the alcohol beverages category. Knowledge of the Irish market and retailer operations. Solid financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis capabilities. Strong understanding of marketing services concepts and client delivery. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, natural rapport‑builder. Skilled in negotiation, consensus building, and stakeholder management. Experienced in identifying business issues and developing risk mitigation strategies.Able to balance changing business strategies with practical execution in fast‑paced environments.Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and flexible ways of working.Confident presenter with exceptional problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.Track record of leading teams to achieve goals through systematic and logical approaches.
