  • Role Profile: Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role. * As Senior Project Manager of European Project, you will provide leadership across all project planning and high-voltage delivery activities, reporting to the Operations Director. You will oversee projects from sales handover through execution, commissioning, and client close-out, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. * The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with significant experience in HV substations and large-scale infrastructure projects, combined with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams across multiple geographies. Job Description: * Lead the execution of PEMAR substation EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project in Belgium and other MV projects in the European market. * Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, resource allocation, cost control, risk management, and reporting. * Define project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with SPI and CPI indicators produce and manage the project schedule so that all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilities, suppliers, and regulatory authorities so that we can expand our business with these strategic partners. * Prepare and deliver progress reports, project documentation, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Attendance on site in Belgium will be required during construction phase. * Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and HSE standards. * Manage multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes. * Coordinate communication with clients and stakeholders, resolving issues quickly and effectively. * Validate budgets, monitor costs, manage cashflow, and oversee billing schedules. * Implement change control and variation processes, ensuring clear and timely communication across teams. * Lead construction best practice and lean methods of project delivery to ensure our projects meet / exceed timeline and budget expectations. * Ensure all projects are completed to programme and that O&M documentation is delivered in full and on time. Requirements: * BSc in Electrical Engineering plus a recognised Project Management qualification. * Minimum 10 years’ experience leading large-scale HV and infrastructure projects in Europe. * Proven technical expertise in HV substations, grid interface, MV/LV reticulation, transformers, switchgear, and protection schemes. * Track record of delivering projects €3m–€50m in value on time and within budget. xsokbrc * High level of technical understanding of HV/MV substations, protection systems, and grid integration. * Experience managing budgets, procurement, cost control, and vendor negotiations

To document and update schedule of works for all activities and update ongoing. * To detail all project commissioning data in a timely fashion and deliver to commissioning manager or client personnel in a timely fashion. Job Description * Commission medium voltage switchgear, current and voltage transformers, Rogowski coils, distribution and power transformers, protection relays, power quality meters, high-voltage cables and HMI/supervision systems. * Program and test relay I/O, settings and Logic. * Review tender, design, construction and as-built drawings in a timely fashion and ensure effective records are retained for commissioning development, quality and record control. * Identify critical commissioning requirements and ensure these are communicated effectively to all personnel in receipt in design and drawing output ongoing. Discrimination studies and other studies are included. * Develop testing and commissioning procedures, standards and documentation. Issue required pre-commissioning and other test protocols * Implement continuous improvement and development of the existing systems and procedures. Ensure ongoing compliance with company ISO standards. * Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests and site work including Cold Commissioning and/or Site Acceptance Tests. * Record and report commissioning non-conformances. Essential Qualification, Experience and Personal Attributes * Strong problem-solving skills in a pressurized situation. * Previous relevant HV experience. * Good working knowledge of Protection Automation and Control Systems. xsokbrc * Proficient in the use of software packages. * Previous experience with electrical commissioning equipment Team player skills, motivated individual, and excellent attention to detail
