Key Responsibilities Be the welcoming face of our office, coordinating visitors and orchestrating meetings, whether in-person or remote Serve as the primary point of contact for office management tasks, including liaising with external vendors, contractors, and IT support. Support managers in onboarding activities, facilitating smooth transitions for new hires/sub-contractors. Share the relevant information, welcome the newcomer, order relevant materials, help on IT set-up, etc. Assist/cover with procurement duties and provide operational support to various departments Efficiently manage emails, calendars, and filing systems Contribute to general administration tasks and assist with ad hoc projects as needed Assist with staff scheduling and travel management for all staff Marketing and Social Media management on all platforms What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in this role, it is essential for you to meet the following criteria: Passion for learning and eagerness to embrace new challenges.     Job Specification:Sheet Metal Worker Location:Ballintubber, Co. Mayo Job Type:Full-Time Reports To:Workshop Supervisor Job Purpose: The Sheet Metal Worker is responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing sheet metal structures. This role supports the engineering and manufacturing functions by ensuring precision fabrication and high-quality standards in metalwork components. Key Responsibilities Fabrication & Assembly Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine job requirements. Measure, cut, bend, and form sheet metal using hand tools, power tools, and industrial machines (e.g., cnc brake press, guillotine, rollers). Assemble fabricated metal parts into final products using rivets, bolts, and welds. Installation & Repairs Fit and install structural frameworks, or other sheet metal systems in accordance with job specifications. Work on-site where required to support installation and mechanical project delivery. Quality Control & Safety Inspect finished products for accuracy, completeness, and quality standards. Maintain tools and equipment and report faults promptly. Follow all health and safety protocols including safe lifting, handling of metals, and use of protective gear. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in a sheet metal fabrication or mechanical workshop role. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and work instructions. Experience operating workshop machinery safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Familiarity with CNC press brake and guillotine essential Preferred Qualifications National Craft Certificate in Metal Fabrication or equivalent.
