About The Job Reporting to the Product and Marketing Manager (PMM) of the computers division based in head office, the Retail Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing first class administrative support in order to ensure the smooth running of the department. This role is crucial to support the PMM to ensure all supplier and store queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. This role is incredibly fast paced and the ability to prioritise will be crucial. This role will include administrative duties, working with support systems such as Excel and SAP, and working with the PMM to develop and deliver the Product and Marketing strategy. You will be working with Global brands such as Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Fujifilm, Garmin, Google, and many more on a regular basis. This is an immediate start for someone who wants to join a fast growing and dynamicteam! YOUR JOB Your Tasks Will Include Product Management, including price changes, competitor and market analysis. Provide assistance with the overall day-to-day administrative operations of the Computer Department Head Office team. Data entry. Handling external and internal communications. Working with SAP. Running reports. Working in conjunction with the Web Team to ensure products are advertised online. Event and project support. Ad hoc duties as required. YOUR PROFILE Your Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Include Strong PC skills required, particularly in Excel. High attention to detail essential. SAP experience is desirable but not essential, training will be provided. Effective communication skills. Proactive. Well-organised. Experience in Retail and Marketing. Harvey Norman one of Ireland’s largest advertisers is looking for a highly energetic and ambitious individual to join our advertising team as a Digital Marketing Executive. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and working collaboratively with the wider marketing and e-commerce team. The successful candidate will be involved in planning, executing and measurement of all digital marketing activities, with a goal of driving in-store and online sales for the brand. Responsibilities will include: ·Working with our 3 rd party GoogleAds management agency to oversee optimisation and measurement of PPC campaigns. ·Deployment and monitoring of all paid social media campaigns. ·Developing digital marketing strategies to support our traditional marketing campaigns. ·Deployment and monitoring of VOD campaigns on BVOD and YouTube ·Coordinate the placement of digital advertising content on third party websites ·Execute all email marketing activity via Campaign Monitor, oversee audience segmentation and A/B testing ·Working with brand partners to execute digital elements of their marketing campaigns ·Measurement and post campaign reporting of all digital marketing activity ·Working with the advertising team, buying team and eCommerce team to curate our key marketing messages through our website ·Communication of upcoming campaigns to relevant stakeholders and store teams ·Keeping up to date with new developments in digital marketing and identifying new digital marketing opportunities for the brand ·Working closely with the wider team to oversee the creation of digital marketing assets ·Ad hoc duties as required Your knowledge, skills and experience will include: ·At least 2-5 years’ hand on experience in a digital marketing role preferably within a large ecommerce setting ·Proven track record of optimising large digital marketing campaigns ·Highly proficient in all digital marketing platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and more. ·At least 2 years experience and a thorough understanding of optimizing with Google Adwords, paid search, organic and shopping. ·Strong attention to detail, withexcellent verbal and written communication skills ·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Third level qualification in digital marketing Why People Join Us: We’re dynamic and growing Fun, high energy work environment Culture of developing and promoting from within the company Additional Information: This is a permanent contract with a 6 month probationary period.
