YOUR JOB your tasks will include: The role is multi-faceted, below are some of the areas that you will have responsibility for: Project Management Ideal candidate will be familiar with and have knowledge of compliance with building regulations in relation to commercial building fit-outs projects. Experience in surveying and report writing is desirable but not essential. End to End project support from feasibility to planning, execution and delivery of projects, delivered within scope, budget and scheduled constraints. Project types will be a combination of business improvements, compliance and new site fitouts. Managing the flow of the project information between the team and associated department through regular meetings and written communication. Liaising with brands and contractors to deliver bespoke projects within retail stores. Monitoring and control of projects including tracking, progress reporting and identifying potential risks and opportunities. YOUR PROFILE -your knowledge, skills and experience include: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Construction Contractor or Local Consultancy. Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field. Excellent leadership skills. Excellent level of report writing skills.
