Acting as a trusted advisor across the production plant, you will partner with operational leaders to prevent incidents, reduce risk and embed a proactive safety culture aligned with Regional and Group standards. You will support the identification, monitoring and mitigation of health and safety risks, lead investigations where required, and ensure policies, procedures and documentation remain robust, current and fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Experience : Degree or Higher Diploma (Level 7 or 8) in Health & Safety, or an equivalent professional qualification and 2 years min experience that demonstrates strong technical competence in this field.
