They are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Plant Production Manager to set up and manage their new Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). The Role Currently, we're looking for an experienced MRF Plant Production Manager to oversee the operations of our clients Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This role is essential to ensuring efficient facility performance, with a focus on optimising productivity, managing costs, and maintaining a safe workplace. Key Responsibilities Production Optimisation: Identify and implement best practices to enhance production, meet KPIs, and ensure operational efficiency. Operations Management: Lead day-to-day activities, including staff utilisation, material handling, and resource allocation. Scheduling and Staff Oversight: Create and manage work schedules, supervise team performance, and ensure minimal downtime. Cost and Efficiency Control: Supervise operations to achieve cost-effectiveness and efficiency, with oversight of staff, production targets, 5S practices, and fuel usage. Waste Handling Compliance: Ensure materials are processed, separated, and delivered in a compliant and efficient manner. Financial Accountability: Oversee revenue and cost control measures, including weighbridge traffic, waste categorisation, and fuel management. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, train staff, and address safety concerns promptly. Maintenance Management: Oversee a plant maintenance program using Asset minder, manage spare parts stock, and upskill maintenance staff as needed. Operational Assistance: Provide hands-on support and cover leave for direct reports as required. The Person Proven management experience in a production or waste-processing setting. Experience in a multi-shift, labour-intensive environment. Site-based role requiring hands-on oversight.   • Overview Our client, a specialist in the design, installation, and maintenance of lifting equipment, is seeking an Installation Lead to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role across Ireland, where you'll lead the installation of cranes, hoists, jib cranes, and lifting systems. The position suits someone mechanically minded who enjoys building, fixing, and leading on-site work. Key Responsibilities Install and commission cranes, hoists, jib cranes, and goods lifts in industrial and commercial environments. Lead installations on-site, guiding junior crew and apprentices. Carry out rigging, lifting, positioning, load testing, and commissioning. Operate lifting equipment such as forklifts, teleporters, and rigging gear. Complete RAMS, risk assessments, permits, and site safety documentation. Collaborate with project managers and provide feedback on scope and challenges. Travel across Ireland with occasional overnight stays; international projects possible. Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on installation or rigging experience. Background in steel erection, plant installation, rigging, or similar. Leadership experience on-site while remaining fully "on the tools." Good judgement around safety and lifting operations. Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution focused. Reliable with a long-term mindset Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel. Reporting directly to the Head of Credit Control, you’ll play a key role in managing the company’s Credit Control function and supporting the wider team with essential administrative tasks. What you’ll be doing Contacting customers to secure payment of outstanding accounts. Carrying out BACS payment reconciliations. Liaising with Sales Representatives on overdue accounts and credit limit issues. Attending weekly debtor meetings with management and sales teams. Preparing and reviewing weekly and monthly credit control reports. Opening new accounts, including credit checks and trade references. Issuing overcharge credits and resolving customer queries/disputes. Completing paperwork for small claims processes. Supporting the branch with associated administrative duties. What we’re looking for At least 2 years’ experience in Credit Control. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and accounts systems. Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills.
