To keep our property looking its best, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Painter to join our maintenance team. Role Overview As a Hotel Painter, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appearance of our hotel through painting, decorating, and finishing work across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Youll ensure that all areas are kept in top condition, meeting our brand standards and delivering an excellent impression to guests. Key Responsibilities Carry out painting, varnishing, and decorating across the hotel. Prepare surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming. Inspect and maintain paintwork in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Work closely with the Maintenance team to plan and carry out refurbishments. Follow health & safety standards and ensure safe use of materials and equipment. Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used. What Were Looking For Previous experience in painting and decorating (hospitality experience is a plus). Strong eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and time management skills. The Role: JMK Group and Hampton by Hilton has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is a key member of the Hampton by Hilton team, responsible for overseeing front desk operations during the overnight shift. This role combines customer service, accounting, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience and the accurate reconciliation of daily transactions. Main Duties: Guest Services Welcome guests with a friendly demeanour, check them in and out efficiently, and address any questions or concerns. Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Night Audit Reconcile and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash, credit card payments, and other revenue streams. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports for hotel management. Ensure all discrepancies or issues are documented and resolved or escalated as needed. Carry out duties as directed from line manager. Operations Support Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas. Conduct safety and security checks throughout the property to ensure guest and staff safety. Process wake-up calls and other guest requests. Bar Service Serve drinks at the bar in accordance with licensing laws and hotel policies. Provide excellent customer service to guests at the bar, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies as needed. Hotel Security & Safety Maintain cleanliness in all public areas to uphold high hotel standards. Monitor security and guest safety, providing first aid and responding to emergency situations when required. Ensure night audit procedures are completed correctly. Candidate Profile: Previous Experience is required. Have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Are a team player with a positive attitude. Can work independently and as part of a team.
