As Habitat for Humanity Ireland is both a registered charity and a company, Trustees also serve as Company Directors, with names publicly listed at Companies House/the Companies Registration Office and the Charity Commission/Charities Regulator. What is the time commitment? Up to 1 day per month. Board meetings are held 4 times per year during the working day.
