    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and driven hospitality leader to join the senior management team at the iconic Guinness Storehouse. Reporting to the Aramark Operations Director, the Head of Visitor Catering will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing large, diverse operational teams and delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple outlets. This role carries an ambitious mandate: to lead a transformative shift that not only aligns with the Storehouse’s world-leading reputation but elevates it. The goal is to set a new global benchmark for how an attraction integrates food and beverage creating immersive, experiential, and design‑led moments that reflect Guinness’s renewed brand relevance and evolving audience. The experience should spark real talkability, inspire repeat visitation, and fuel social sharing ultimately establishing the destination as a cultural touchpoint and positioning Guinness as a pioneer at the intersection of craft, cuisine, and culture. This role requires a strategic thinker and operationally strong leader who can inspire teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Seasons business at the Guinness Storehouse. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Operational Leadership Leading and managing the visitor catering operation across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Driving service excellence and ensuring high standards of food, beverage, and hospitality are maintained at all times. Client & Stakeholder Management Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Seasons and Guinness Storehouse teams. Understanding client expectations and proactively responding to evolving operational needs. Working collaboratively with culinary, operations and support teams to deliver seamless service. Strategic & Commercial Focus Contributing to operational strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Monitoring operational performance, P&L, labour management and cost control to achieve commercial targets. Identifying opportunities to enhance the visitor experience and drive participation and revenue growth. Keeping informed of industry trends and introducing innovative ideas to enhance the guest offering. Leading, coaching and developing a large team of hospitality professionals. Building a high-performance team culture focused on service, collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensuring effective training and development plans are in place to support team growth and capability. Managing all people-related matters including performance management, employee engagement and HR procedures. Compliance & Standards Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, health & safety and operational compliance are maintained. Overseeing safety standards, operational risks and policies. Ensuring consistent adherence to Aramark & Diageo H&S procedures and standards. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a strategic, driven and people-focused hospitality leader with experience operating in large-scale, high-volume environments. A recognised hospitality qualification and/or significant industry experience. Minimum 5 years hospitality experience at a senior level, in high-volume hospitality operations. Proven ability to lead and develop large teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, labour performance and operational KPIs. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. A strong focus on guest experience and service excellence. The ability to operate confidently in a dynamic and high-profile environment. Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills. A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Supporting the successful delivery of large-scale events and collaborating with the wider Seasons and Guinness Storehouse teams.
