Grosvenor has worked to become a Trusted Partner of Choice for both our private and public sector clients. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Area Manager to join our team. This full‑time position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean environment and enjoy working professionally. The role will be available starting immediately. Key Responsibilities Visiting client sites on an agreed scheduled basis in accordance with the client management plan. Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure the operating model is in accordance with cleaning standards and expectations (specification) – Quality Auditing (CT). Following up any client concerns. Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation & forwarding. Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials. Monitoring staff performance and standards – identifying training & development requirements, eLearning – escalating as required. Completing face‑to‑face mandatory checks and induction of staff to include employee sign‑up. Managing payroll for staff. Completing on‑site induction and training of new staff – machinery, colour coding, COSHH. Requirements Previous cleaning experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork. Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a customer‑facing role. Soft Services / Technical skills – Experience. Why Join Us?
