    Lecturer in Finance, Faculty of Business Reporting to: Head of the Faculty of Business Location: Griffith College Dublin, South Circular Road Job Type: Full‑Time / Permanent Job Summary The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the delivery of finance‑related modules at the undergraduate level and is expected to play a very active role in the faculty’s teaching, learning and assessment strategy. The role will also include Year Head and pastoral care duties with responsibility for the smooth running of a specific stage within an academic programme. Job Responsibilities Main responsibilities for position are to: Deliver finance‑related modules as deemed appropriate by your Head of Faculty Coordinate the smooth delivery of modules across a particular Year Work proactively in improving existing programmes Contribute to the design and development of new programmes Carry out assessment, monitoring and evaluation of examination and continuous assessment, and provide academic guidance and support to students Participate in internal departmental and multi‑disciplinary committees and external meetings as required Manage the development/delivery of programme Review modules on a semesterised basis and contribute to the annual programme review Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of academic quality assurance policies Participate in activities related to the development of the faculty’s programmes Maintain the academic integrity of the faculty’s business programmes Meet with students to discuss progression and performance Students Meet with students to discuss progress and performance, problems, etc. Administration & Marketing Participate and contribute at exam board meetings Liaise with admissions office regarding new learners Attend open evenings and other College promotional events Minimum Education / Experience Requirements Overall, the successful candidate will be expected to make a significant contribution to the teaching profile of the College. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will support the delivery of operational Human Resources activities as well as assist in some strategic initiatives. Job Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, from beginning to end. This entails working with multiple hiring managers across the various Campuses. The role responsibility is from when a job vacancy arises to onboarding the new hires. Support hiring initiatives and be proactive and innovative in finding new recruiting sources and seeking talented candidates. Assist in the maintenance of compliance, in all areas of company policy, with local employment legislation through continuous review of current legislation.   • Job Title: Visual Content and Graphic Design Executive Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Griffith College Dublin Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Job Summary In this role, you will work within a dynamic national marketing team, creating and promoting content that develops awareness, enquiries and applications from CAO, part-time and mature applicants for the College’s undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Based in a historic, city centre campus, this is an exciting position for an experienced and creatively minded candidate seeking to grow their skills and responsibilities. The role provides dedicated content support to the College’s faculties as part of the College’s National Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be required to optimise the faculties’ content on the Griffith.ie website and on all social media platforms. This will be achieved through developing a detailed content plan with heads of faculty and programme directors. The Visual Content and Graphic Design Executive will develop outstanding online and offline content using existing assets such as videos, images, graphic design, news items, case studies, testimonials, photography, and animations. The role will also require the development of new content (such as videos and photography), identifying existing gaps in the College’s website offering, taking account of competitors and new trends within higher education as well as displaying previous graduates’ work and documenting the current student’s work in progress. Job Responsibilities Content Creation Ensuring that a wide range of faculty assets are used effectively on Griffith.ie - video, photography, animation, graphic design, case studies, testimonials. Sourcing content from award-winning alumni, learners, lecturers, staff and industry to effectively promote the College’s faculties. Creating original content for a variety of media formats, both digital and print. Documenting the work in progress of any significant student projects or events. Designing promotional materials and presentations. Working with photographers and design agencies to develop outstanding creative assets. Creating content for and arising from faculty events and exhibitions, including the college’s annual Creative Show. Content Management Assisting with photography and imagery used on social media and the website. In collaboration with the Website Editor, planning, creating and implementing conversion-focused content for the website and CRM marketing. Auditing and analysing the creative faculties’ digital presence to maximise effectiveness. Social Media Developing engaging content for Griffith’s faculties on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn via daily updating of an agreed content calendar. Ensuring content is designed to maximise awareness and interest from our CAO, part-time and mature learner audiences. Minimum Education / Experience Requirements A degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Animation, or other relevant disciplines. 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, photography, image production, and video production, including shooting and editing. Key skills and attributes Exceptional graphic design layout and typography skills A keen creative eye, with strong photography and video production skills, including editing. Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. Software skills in e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects or Premiere Pro. The ability to work to tight deadlines.
