Overview The Associate Program Manager is a key member of the Salesforce Global Real Estate Project Design & Delivery team, responsible for all real estate projects globally. This team is part of the cross-functional Real Estate & Workplace Services team. Under the direction of the Senior Program Manager, Real Estate EMEA, the Associate Program Manager will provide support, counsel and leadership to all real estate projects in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Salesforce project teams combine local market skills with Salesforce international team members. The Associate Program Manager will support, lead and coordinate multiple programs through all phases of project initiation, design, implementation and close out. The role involves regular interaction with internal business partners and close collaboration with the Global Design team on the implementation of global design guidelines and standards. The candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with business representatives and internal partners such as IT, Security, Sustainability, Branding and Marketing, and possess a good awareness of the design & construction process.
Responsibilities Prior project management experience is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed construction and/or commercial office fit-out projects.
Experience working within large multinational organisations or similarly structured, matrixed environments is highly desirable, to navigate internal processes and stakeholder networks.
Support multiple expansion and refresh capital fit-out projects in various locations across the region.
Run individual and sometimes sophisticated operational capital projects.
Ensure successful project delivery within approved budget and schedule, meeting multiple internal business unit objectives.
Help communicate project details at all levels, reporting and advising on project status, risks and general status updates.
Improve collaboration among all project team members including outsourced project managers, architects, engineers, design consultants, construction managers and administrative support.
Support the preparation of detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding authorisation.
Manage design stakeholders through the various design stages of the projects.
Support the development of the project playbook, our process for managing project cost, schedule, quality, risk, and communications.
Monitor progress, provide financial control and ensure the quality of project delivery.
Work collaboratively with internal partners in Security, IT, Legal, HR, Finance, Branding, and related functions.
Participate in vendor selection and performance management for design partners, consultants, contractors, and other outside vendors, typically through an RFP process.
Understand regulatory agency processes and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Facilitate and support landlord communications and approvals related to project delivery.
Ensure smooth project closeout and transition to business operations.
Education & Experience Education : College Degree preferred in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or Construction or a related field; commitment to continuous professional development; Salesforce supports growth and further education.
Experience : Requires a minimum of 3–5 years of related experience. Good understanding of the project design & delivery process, preferably with direct involvement in capital real estate projects, including budget control, design and construction coordination, and project scheduling. Professional registration and other advanced training welcomed.
Additional Information Location & Workplace Expectations: This role is based in Dublin. Hybrid working is supported; however, candidates should expect to spend three (3) days a week in the office to collaborate effectively with the team and partners.
