Our client is seeking a strong, relationship-driven Manufacturing Manager who thrives in a unionised environment and understands the importance of collaboration, communication, and on-the-floor presence. The Role The Manufacturing Manager will take full responsibility for production performance across the site, ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people objectives are consistently achieved. You will play a pivotal role in fostering positive engagement with union representatives while building trust and credibility across the wider workforce. This is a highly visible leadership position requiring someone who is hands-on, approachable, and passionate about creating a high-performing culture.
