About the Role The principal purpose of the Quantity Surveyor position is to lead and support the accurate estimation, cost control, and financial management of construction projects. The Quantity Surveyor will assist in leading the role in terms of assessing sub-contractor payment applications and variations from project commencement through to final account. The major objective is to ensure projects are completed within budget, providing value for money while maintaining quality and compliance with contract terms.
