Drives and operates a company van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work site. Assists in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air. Performs basic demo tasks—cutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material, sprays fungicide and other materials. Provides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leader.
