About the Team Their student engagement team plays a central role in delivering on this mission. The team works across campaigns, partnerships, events, and content to connect with students in meaningful ways and support them throughout their early careers journey.
This includes collaborating with universities and employers, delivering engaging initiatives, and ensuring students have access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. The team is collaborative, forward-thinking, and committed to improving outcomes for a diverse student audience.
About the Role This senior role is responsible for leading student engagement and building strategic partnerships within a specific regional market. It combines relationship management, campaign delivery, and programme development, with a strong focus on increasing awareness, participation, and long-term collaboration with key stakeholders.
You will work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, commercial, and events functions to deliver impactful initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and support growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities Partnerships and stakeholder engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, faculties, and careers services to drive engagement and collaboration
Develop strategic partnerships that enhance market presence and long-term impact
Represent the organisation at industry forums, events, and networking opportunities
Work with external bodies and partner organisations to identify new opportunities for collaboration
Student engagement and strategy Act as a key advocate for students, using insights and feedback to inform products, services, and campaigns
Contribute to the development and execution of a regional student engagement strategy aligned with business objectives
Support the planning and delivery of content, campaigns, and publications aimed at student audiences
Ensure consistent and effective execution across multiple channels
Events and programmes delivery Lead the planning and delivery of student-focused events, programmes, and initiatives (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
Ensure events are delivered to a high standard, with clear objectives, structured planning, and strong execution
Collaborate with internal teams to drive attendance, engagement, and overall success
Develop new, innovative event formats that resonate with student audiences and support commercial goals
Product and campaign support Support the rollout and adoption of new products and services within the region
Coordinate campaign activity across teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and impact
Monitor performance, gather insights, and use data to inform improvements and decision-making
Operational delivery and performance Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are effectively coordinated
Track key performance indicators, including engagement, participation, and return on investment
Provide regular reporting and insights to support strategic planning and continuous improvement
Ensure efficient processes and strong internal coordination across teams
What We’re Looking For Strong experience in building partnerships, ideally within education, public sector, or early careers environments
A solid understanding of student engagement and the higher education landscape
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Confidence working with data, metrics, and performance reporting
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams
A genuine passion for improving student outcomes and widening access to opportunities
Experience in areas such as university partnerships, student marketing, or programme delivery would be particularly valuable. Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign or event management is also beneficial.
