Our commitment is to a relentless pursuit of perfection, delivering an unparalleled chocolate experience that resonates with Grá (love) in every bite. The Role This is a role for a strategic creator. You are both the creative engine and the growth driver for Grá Chocolates. You are responsible for the entire digital lifecycle: from conceptualising and filming the “buzz” to managing the E-commerce shopfront and scaling budgets to drive international sales. We are not looking for someone who waits for a brief. We are looking for a solutions-focused partner - someone who arrives every day full of energy, ready to wear many hats, and obsessed with turning brand love into measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy & Visual Storytelling Strategic Creation: Create and curate the full content calendar. You will produce a high-frequency mix of luxury Reels, TikToks, and Stories based on our targets. Visual Excellence: Style, film, and edit original content. Every frame must reflect our standard - ensuring a world-class, polished aesthetic at all times. Trend & Founder Brand: Monitor trends to jump on moments with a luxury twist. You will also manage the Founder’s personal brand to amplify our overall market authority. 2. E-commerce & Digital Management Digital Shopfront: Take full ownership of Shopify/E-com uploads. Ensure all product launches are executed with 100% accuracy in descriptions, imagery, and timing. Site Optimisation: Suggest and coordinate functional website improvements with our designer to enhance the customer journey and conversion rates. Email Marketing: Design and execute the email campaigns, utilising segmentation and A/B testing to maximise revenue. 3. Marketing, PR & Scaling Scaling & Budgets: Manage marketing budgets and execute paid ad strategies. You are driven by growth, benchmarking performance against previous campaigns to scale effectively. PR & Media: Write press releases and communicate directly with our PR agency to ensure all activations are amplified. Collaborations: Plan full-scale campaigns with influencers and external brands, including the development of custom collaboration boxes. 4. TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Live Commerce: Plan and host regular “Live Shopping” events. You must be comfortable being the “Face of the Brand,” engaging with a live audience, demonstrating products, and driving real-time sales. Shop Management: Full oversight of the TikTok Shop Seller Center—managing product listings, syncing Shopify inventory, and handling TikTok-specific promotions (e.g., Flash Sales, Voucher stacking). Affiliate Management: Identify and reach out to Irish TikTok creators to build an affiliate network that generates authentic UGC (User Generated Content) and consistent revenue. Ad Boosting: Execute “Spark Ads” and “Shopping Ads” to amplify high-performing organic videos and maximize ROAS. 5. On-Camera Presence The Storyteller: Beyond just filming, you will frequently appear in Reels, TikToks, and Stories. Whether it’s a “Day in the Life” at the Galway atelier or a “Taste Test” of a new seasonal bar, you are the charismatic bridge between the product and the customer. Founder Synergy: Work alongside Gráinne to create collaborative content, ensuring the brand voice remains authentic while you take the lead on high-frequency posting. 6. Activations & Brand Representation Face of the Brand: Plan and lead physical activations, including pop-ups, tastings, and events both in Ireland and abroad. Solutions-Focused Communication: Use social media to communicate transparently with our community, turning any logistical issues into positive, brand-building experiences. Required Skills, Experience & Heart Experience: 3+ years in a Marketing, Content, or Growth role, ideally within a luxury, artisan, or premium FMCG environment. Technical Mastery: Expert in mobile video editing (CapCut, Canva, etc.) and comfortable managing E-commerce platforms. Commercial Brain: You understand ROI, budgets, and conversion rates. You are as comfortable with a spreadsheet as you are with a camera. Drive: You are a high-energy self-starter. You don't wait for direction; you find stories, solve problems, and move fast. Communication: Exceptional written skills for both emotional storytelling and professional press releases.
