Responsibilities Build, lead, and grow a global team of experts, provide coaching and mentorship to maximize execution potential. Foster a psychological safety where we obsess over impact and take smart risks. Define the long-term operational strategy. Lead the transition to AI-integrated workflows to improve quality, speed and cost, while ensuring all operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. Cultivate strong working relationships with executive stakeholders across product, engineering, policy, legal, and public relations. Partner with global operations lead to determining direction, allocate resources, and improve the quality and cost of enforcement. Manage high-priority escalations and support non-standard operational hours (e.g., including weekend and holiday on-calls) as business demands require.
