Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wicklow for a Meeting and Event Executive. The executive will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, managing event logistics, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high standards of service delivery throughout all event stages. Qualifications Event Management and Planning: Experience in organizing and coordinating events, creating schedules, and managing event logistics. Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, address their needs, and ensure a positive guest experience. Organization and Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Attention to Detail: Ensuring the flawless execution of events by managing every detail with precision. Technical and Administrative Skills: Familiarity with AV equipment, booking systems, and proficiency in standard office software. Hospitality Sector Knowledge: Understanding of hotel and leisure operations is a plus. Prior experience in a similar role or a degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is advantageous.
