The 4-star Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team. Role Overview
As a Chef de Partie, reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will bring your passion for fresh, high-quality food to a dynamic hotel environment where creativity and consistency are valued every day.
Main Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen
Driven and enthusiastic to achieve excellence
Follow all HACCP regulations
Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly
Assist with other duties as required
Skills & Experience Requirements
At least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen
Have a passion for and genuine interest in food
High level of spoken and written English
Team Player with a positive attitude
Enjoy working in busy environments
Availability to work a variety of shifts, 5 days across 7 is essential
