  • Catering Assistant  

    - Wexford

    You must be legally authorised to work in Ireland. We are not currently able to offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Glanmore Foods supply Award Winning healthy food to over 400 schools or 50,000 meals daily! All produced and manufactured in our state of the art, custom built, food manufacturing plant. We are recruiting for a CateringAssistanton a fixed termcontract to join our team in the Kiltealyarea for 2-3hrs per day, 5 days a week, during school term time. As a CateringAssistantyou would be a solid communicator with excellent organisational skills. No two days will be the same as you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with different communities within the Adamstown area and beyond. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include: Goods Inwards Work closely with management to ensure delivery received is correct. Service Responsibility for HACCAP ensuring products are ready for service To ensure all students receive hot meals within specified timing. To build and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved. Responsible Environmental Sustainability To ensure all waste is collected and areas left clean To ensure that all waste collected is disposed of responsibly in bins provided To ensure that a clean and clear work area is adhered to at all times About You: Previous catering experience is desired Excellent organisational, time management and team working skills Ability to influence and negotiate with others.   • Warehouse Line Manager  

    - Dublin

    A Warehouse Line Manager in Glanmore Foods supports with the supervision of the order assembly team on the line. To be successful in this role you will ensure all steps in the process are completed correctly and on time while also ensuring that quality standards are met at every step. This is afull time permanent role, Sunday to Thursdayand will only be required to work in line with the academic calendar. Your key responsibilities will include: Support the order picking process to ensure that it is running smoothly and efficiently. Supervise and support the workflow of employees on the order picking line by ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively. Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and optimize efficiency. Support with the employee training programs to ensure that all employees are properly trained on the job before they begin work. Scheduling and coordinating the activities of workers on the order assembly line. Overseeing stock rotation, stock quality and minimise wastage.   • Operations Supervisor

    You must be legally authorised to work in Ireland. We are not currently able to offer visa sponsorship or assistance. As a Supervisor, you will be the heart of our operation. You will be customer focused with high standards! You will be a key member of the team to deliver world class food & service for our schools. You will set the standard and guide your team daily. You will be a mobile working covering a number of schools in the Dublin area and surrounding areas, working with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to ensure the best service is delivered. This is a part timerole, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday and will only be required to work in line with the academic calendar. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that your schools have sufficient employees daily to provide the required service Ensure all schools are received the correct deliveries Address any operational issues that arise daily Hands on cover is required from time to time to ensure the service is delivered Travel between schools is required to support the operational needs HACCAP records to be audited Responsible for conducting Health and Safety Audits within your schools Responsible for driving compliance with eLearning and any other training required Ensure waste is kept to a minimum in your schools Lead and inspire the team to deliver superior customer service at all times In the absence of the Manager, assist in the completion of weekly administration and any other duties that are deemed necessary Be pro-active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed About You: Previous experience supervising frontline teams One Years catering experience in Glanmore Foods. As a General Operative, you will be a member of a highly efficient production team. You will be task focused with high standards! You will be a key member of the team to deliver world class food & service for our schools. This is a full timerole, working 40 hours per week, Saturday to Thursday and will only be required to work in line with the academic calendar. Key Responsibilities: Quality Check product as per standard operating standard Cleaning & maintaining food packing areas & goods outwards Recording critical control points and daily/weekly checks on our online HACCP management system. Responsible for supporting for goods outwards products loaded onto fleet in the correct order. Well organised and have a professional attitude towards required duties. Responsible for ensuring final product meets the quality standard Complete daily checks and reporting any defects to your line manager. Comply with Company policy and procedure in wearing PPE and following required health and Safety protocols. Comply with required policy and procedure in reporting sickness, requesting annual leave and any other relevant process. Participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's goals About You: Previous experience pack and or preparation within a food production environment.
