Role Profile The Customer Executive at Tirlan will report to the Senior Customer Manager and is responsible for supporting the Consumer Domestic sales and customer management teams, assisting in market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is designed to build foundational skills in sales, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration. By effectively managing these responsibilities, a Customer Executive can contribute to the overall success of the sales team and develop a strong career path within Tirlan. Responsibilities Assist Customer managers in managing client relationships. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Participate in customer visits and meetings to understand their needs and build relationships. Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing sales data, whilst ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Support implementation of promotional activities and product launches and associated admin. Coordinate with internal teams /departments to ensure smooth account operations and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and account status. Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and product inquiries. Prepare materials and agendas for customer meetings and internal reviews. Ensure follow-up actions from meetings and interactions are completed. Gather and analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities whilst monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team. Collect and report customer feedback to inform product and service improvements. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align customer strategies and assist in cross-functional projects that aim to improve customer satisfaction and sales efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer accounts and sales targets and provide regular updates to supervisors on progress towards goals and objectives Adhere to Tirlan’s ethical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Overview Reporting to the IT Transformation Manager, the IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for maintaining the business's data centre infrastructure and working together with a managed service provider for Tirlán’s data centres and server infrastructure. The role is responsible for overseeing the work performed and manage operational aspects of the managed service provider relationship. This position will support the EHS department in administering and implementing the site Environmental Management Systems, with a focus on safety culture and compliance. The role involves carrying out tasks and projects related to EH&S throughout the site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with commissioning contractors and act as the lead representative for KCL in closing out Site Acceptance Tests, Snag lists, and their Key Performance Indicators. Set up the WWTP control room, including ordering lab equipment and consumables. Develop sampling plans, lab manuals, control charts, and organize daily external analysis samples. Represent the company in interactions with external agencies such as HSA, Monaghan County Council, insurers, etc. Coordinate inspections and audits, driving compliance with external standards like ISO 14001 and Tirlán Risk Management Safety. Lead investigations of accidents and incidents on-site. Requirements Third-level qualification in Health & Safety, Food, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in a Health and Safety role within the dairy, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, preferably in a management capacity. Experience operating wastewater treatment plants. Knowledge of EU ETS and GHG permitting is advantageous. Results-driven with high performance capability in a fast-paced environment. The Head of Site Operations will oversee plant operations, manage the Senior Leadership Team, and liaise with external stakeholders such as government bodies. Overview Reporting to the IT Transformation Manager, the Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing the local and wide area networks of the organisation to ensure maximum uptime for users. The role requires a thorough understanding of networking technologies, hands-on experience, and problem-solving skills. The role is responsible for overseeing the work performed and managing the operational aspects of the managed service provider relationships. The Tirlán wide area network consists of 80 locations including manufacturing facilities, data centres, office and retail locations. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the network and security managed service providers to: Plan and execute the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of network equipment including switches, routers and firewalls Implement security policies and controls as defined by Tirlán’s security team Maintain effective network services by evaluating and resolving network performance issues including availability, utilisation, throughput, and latency Maintain the network, considering redundancy, diversity, failover technologies, upgrades and expandability Optimise the network through monitoring performance, and collaborating with network architects on design Review SLAs and overall performance of the network managed service providers. Serve as technical specialist in network problems and emergencies.
