Reporting to the CTO, the role involves technical oversight of aircraft and engine assets, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, evaluating pricing and cash flow impacts, and supporting lease transitions. Responsibilities: Oversee aircraft and engine technical performance, including maintenance planning and reliability analysis. Manage records for aircraft, engines, and components, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements. Support lease transitions, including aircraft redeliveries, pre-purchase inspections, and new deliveries. Conduct technical and financial analysis of maintenance reserves, lease-end compensation, and cost forecasting. Evaluate engine shop visits, life-limited part (LLP) tracking, and related cost implications. Assist in pricing and cash flow analysis for aircraft and engine acquisitions, sales, and lease transactions. Conduct on-site aircraft and engine inspections, audits, and technical due diligence. Work closely with airline customers, MROs, and internal commercial teams to optimize asset value and transition timelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in aircraft leasing, MRO, powerplant management or airlines. Strong knowledge of aircraft and engine maintenance programs, lease structures, and technical asset management. Analytical mindset with experience in maintenance reserve calculations, pricing models, and financial reporting. Familiarity with aviation regulations (EASA, FAA) and lease contract negotiations.   • Engine Leasing Lease Co-Ordinator

    We are recruiting for a rapid-growth engine leasing company that requires a Lease Coordinator to join their team in Shannon. The job: The core purpose of this role is to contribute to the effective running of the Technical Function with a particular focus on the customer support and engine delivery process. Engine delivery coordination. Key contract support. Lease-related administration. Customer and shareholder support role. Responsibilities: Process engine lease requests within the IT system to initiate the lease delivery process. Co-ordinate the delivery administrative process with key customers. Ensure the customer receives the required information and documentation in a timely manner and follow up as applicable internally for additional information. Closely coordinate with all functions in the company to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer support. Ensure that applicable information in the lease management database is complete, accurate and input in a timely manner. Support the Project Manager team by liaising directly with customers as required for issues such as redelivery forecasting and engine redelivery schedules.
