Experience with integrations and data flow (EIB/Core Connectors/Workday Studio experience advantageous). Proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Prior exposure to global organisations and multi‑region HR processes. Experience using ServiceNow (or similar ITSM) for issue management. Ability to design, build and validate custom reports.
