As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are seeking to appoint a Clinical Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead to strengthen our governance framework and support Persons in Charge (PICs) across all services. About the Role Reporting jointly to the Head of Operations – Older Persons Services and the Head of Operations – Disability Services, this is a senior leadership role with organisation-wide impact. You will lead the development and implementation of our clinical governance framework, ensuring services are safe, compliant, and continuously improving. You will work closely with PICs, operational leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to embed a strong culture of quality, safety, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical governance and quality assurance systems across services Strengthen risk management processes and oversight Support services through HIQA inspections Oversee audit programmes and compliance monitoring Analyse quality data and implement improvement strategies Guide investigation of serious incidents and safeguarding matters Develop and review policies aligned to regulatory standards Provide expert regulatory advice to operational leaders About You A recognised clinical qualification (Registered Nurse or relevant Health/Social Care qualification) Minimum 5 years’ post-registration experience Strong experience in HIQA-regulated environments Proven expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management Experience supporting services through inspection and regulatory processes Excellent analytical, leadership, and influencing skills Why Join Us?
