We are seeking an experienced GE Small world Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced GIS solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, integrated solutions. The Role Critical role to help define the asset strategy for a leading utilities customer. Your responsibilities: Translate business requirements into High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD) documents. Collaborate with customer technical teams for design validation and sign‑off. Implementation & Integration Guide development teams during build and implementation phases. Design and implement solutions, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. Develop web applications using GSS, Java, and open‑source technologies. Integrate GE Small world with external systems via REST APIs using GSS. Data Management Design data update services for external integrations. Manage data migration from legacy systems to Small world. Documentation & Communication Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client‑facing presentations. Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Expertise in GE Small world Product Suite and layered products. Strong knowledge of Small world 5.x architecture, Mobile Enterprise Suite, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS). Experience with system integrations like IBM Maximo.
