How You'll Make An Impact You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth by offering tailored insurance solutions to individual clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and delivering exceptional service to build long‑term relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including inbound, outbound, web enquiries. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the clients' personal insurance requirements. Present and explain insurance products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and coverage options. Prepare and advise potential clients with customised insurance proposals and quotes. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes. Continuously update knowledge of Gallagher's personal lines products and services. Work closely with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure the delivery of our tailored insurance solutions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our sales strategies. About You APA or CIP insurance qualification is required. Previous personal lines experience on a new business or retention team is an advantage. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients. Persuasive and confident sales abilities, with a customer‑focused approach.
