Role Description We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Care Professional to join our dedicated team in Kildare. The house is located within close proximity to Athy and Castledermot. Working to exceptional standards of care, you will support the day-to-day operations of the service and help lead a team of Social Care Leaders and Social Care Workers, supporting our young people to reach their full potential.
