Funky Monkeys is the franchise market leader in Soft Play Cafes. We are currently embarking on a major expansion plan throughout the UK and ROI with the opening of new play cafes. We are seeking a suitably experienced supervisor to lead the team at our exciting new centre in Dundrum Town Centre. We are seeking to appoint a Soft Play Centre Supervisor at our Dundrum location who will report directly to the Business Owner. Flexible Working Opportunity We understand the value of flexibility. While leadership and operational oversight are key, this role does not necessarily have to be a full-time 39 hours a week position. We are highly motivated to discuss flexible working arrangements, including part-time options, with the right candidate. Salary - € depending on experience. Key Responsibilities You will be instrumental in overseeing daily operational performance, focusing on the customer experience and team execution: Team Leadership: Develop, train, and mentor your team into a smooth, efficient, and cohesive unit. Operational Management: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring high standards are consistently met in the play area and cafe. Performance Monitoring: Assist in developing and implementing site KPIs to monitor operational performance and maintain the highest standards in service, quality, and hygiene. Customer Focus: Ensure every customer interaction is positive, reinforcing Funky Monkeys' reputation for excellence. Candidate Profile Experience: 3-4 years of Supervisory or Management experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and customer-facing role (e.g., retail, catering, or leisure). Leadership: A natural leader with the ability to inspire and mentor staff. Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
