We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead and develop our clients finance function during an exciting period of growth. This role offers significant responsibility, direct collaboration with senior leadership, and visibility with investors and the board. Key Responsibilities Partner with the CEO and CPO on pricing strategies, market expansion, and commercial initiatives. Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and scenario modelling. Oversee financial operations, including treasury, accounts payable/receivable, and compliance. Deliver accurate and timely investor and board reporting, including KPI monitoring and performance insights. Manage due diligence processes and data room preparation for strategic initiatives. Optimise existing systems (Xero) and implement new tools to improve reporting and operational efficiency. Candidate Profile Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within fintech, payments, or a scale-up environment. Strong financial modelling and commercial strategy expertise. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and lean organisation.
