  • Join a high-performing FP&A team and further your financial analysis experience in manufacturing finance If you are an established Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Finance Manager who is relocating back to Galway, or you are working in a multinational company but feel you dont have an opportunity for career progression or further exposure, then youll be interested in this Senior Financial Analyst job. Working with one of the West of Irelands premium employers, youll develop your business partnering, financial analysis and budgeting skills in a globally renowned manufacturing campus. This contract position for 12-18 months has come on-stream as the company embarks on a site-wide finance programme which will see current Senior Financial Analysts move to that project and you will join the FP&A team to take responsibility for their work, so if you are confident in your ability this could be the start of something longer term due to the size of this company and their Galway finance team. As the Senior Financial Analyst you will: Partner with specific business units through reviewing their financial performance, managing budget creation, complete monthly reforecasts and provide capital expenditure and project accounting support for departments to include manufacturing and SG&A business areas Own accounting, forecasting and management reporting for site inventory, product costing or fixed assets Provide monthly KPIs and commentary on your business areas for inclusion in the executive reporting pack Contribute to the annual budget process for 2027 and the strategic planning process for the campus for the coming 5 years Part-take in a site wide ERP upgrade including process mapping, report generation and UAT What can this job do for your career?
