This role will include the oversight and reporting on distribution activities for clients. It will also include the oversight of marketing personnel and practices. This role requires both Investment management experience ( understand the drivers of performance, attribution, asset classes, with exposure to onboarding, fund launches) and Distribution experience. Description Work with the business development team on the sales process. Liaise closely with the product/operations team to onboard investment managers to company platform. Ensure regular calls and follow ups with investment managers/distributors are conducted in order to ensure client is satisfied with the platform services. Co-ordinate a distribution oversight framework with input from other Designated Persons. Contribute to the delivery of the annual product review process to agreed timetables and highlighting matters for resolution. Ensure funds are appropriately registered in the correct jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with the obligations and responsibilities assigned to the Designated Person for Distribution as outlined in the CBI's Fund Management Company Guidance (CP86). Manage and maintain key relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers to the pooled funds (custodians, TA, registration agent). Qualifications 4/5+ years of experience across Distribution and investment management. Understand the drivers of performance, attribution, asset classes, with exposure to onboarding, fund launches etc. Understanding the distribution, product and proposition design.
