Legal Counsel – Utilities / Infrastructure (In-House) We are partnering with a leading utilities and infrastructure business seeking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal team. This role will suit a commercially focused lawyer who enjoys working closely with the business on large, complex projects. Key responsibilities Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including services, supply, subcontractor and customer agreements. Supporting bid and tender activity, including reviewing contractual terms in RFPs/framework agreements and advising on risk allocation. Providing day‑to‑day legal support to operations, commercial, finance and senior leadership teams on project delivery and contractual issues. Advising on contractual disputes and variations, working with external counsel where required.
